Rectangular Dining Tables

The rectangular Dining table is a traditional shape, and has become our signature piece and a favorite with our clients. Our rustic dining chairs or upholstered fabric chairs complement it well. Our goal is to make artistic tables that are elegant and functional.

We specialize in inlaid marble, agates, turquoise, and other semi-precious stones. We estimate the wood to be 500 to 2000 years old. Cutting only dead-standing trees insures that our wood is well cured and stable.
Alligator juniper primarily grows in the desert forests of New Mexico and Arizona. It has withstood tremendous adversity to survive and this is reflected in the grain of the wood. Burls, spikes, birds-eye, and knots are some characteristics.

Because a table receives constant use, we provide a finish which endures. We use an oil and wax finish which is applied layer upon layer, taking as long as two weeks to apply. The finish becomes united with the wood, protecting the table with normal usage.
